Hi all,
We wanted to reach out as soon as we could.
First, a heartfelt sorry from us. We were just as disappointed by the password leak. Garden Hours was meant to feel quiet and special, and we truly didn’t anticipate such an overwhelming response. While the situation caught us off guard, we’re deeply grateful for the love that came through.
To those who managed to secure a keepsake - thank you. We’re carefully packing your parcels and will be sending them out within the week, so they should reach you early next week.
We also want to acknowledge a few points openly, because this first release has been a learning curve for us.
One thing we’ve heard clearly is that our sizing charts caused confusion. That’s on us. We now see that it may have felt overwhelming rather than helpful. We’re actively gathering feedback on fit and wear so we can refine both our sizing and how we communicate it - more simply, and with greater ease.
If you’re open to it, we’d really appreciate any feedback on fit. You’re welcome to write to us directly via IG or info@cottageloom.com. We will be writing to you personally to understand how the pieces feel and wear in real life - please don’t feel any obligation to reply if you’re not comfortable.
For clarity, all returns and exchanges are accepted as long as pieces are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags intact.
We’d also like to be transparent that a small portion of keepsake has been set aside specifically for exchanges. If all goes smoothly, any remaining pieces will be released after CNY. Quantities are limited.
Through conversations and feedback, a few themes have surfaced - some found the sizing runs small, the cart-hold window felt short, and an interest in expanded sizing. These are things we’re taking seriously. Alongside this, we’re speaking with our artisans to understand lead times should we open backorders. Our hope is for everyone who loves a Cottage Loom keepsake to eventually own one - but to do so thoughtfully, once fits are tested, loved, and worn with confidence.
Please give us a little time. Everything is in motion, and we’ll keep you updated as things take shape.
We’ve truly enjoyed connecting with each of you. We’re not perfect, but with your patience and support, we believe we’ll get there - slowly, properly, and with care.
Thank you for loving Garden Hours.
We hope to share happy news with those who are waiting very soon 🌿
